2018 LinkedIn Wellness Fair

DESIGN + ART DIRECTION

LinkedIn’s rock star Employee Experience team organizes a themed "inDay" each month and for September, the focus is on "wellness." Our Wellness team collaborated closely with the EE team to curate an immersive event filled with wellness activities, vendor participation, and exciting prizes, all aimed at promoting employee well-being.

ART DIRECTION

In crafting the art for this project, my goal was to capture the nuanced and multifaceted nature of wellness. What constitutes wellness? How does one embark on a wellness journey? The concept of wellness is often subjective and creating a personal practice can be as perplexing as selecting the right toothpaste in a crowded aisle.

In the midst of the diverse advice on wellness, certain overarching themes, like balance and moderation, emerge. The design incorporates multiple layers to signify the depth and expansiveness of wellness. Each element within the composition harmonizes with the others, mirroring the balance inherent in a holistic approach to well-being.

Event banners positioned near the check-in area guide individuals toward their InDay experience.

VENDOR GUIDE

Upon check-in, participants receive a handout offering comprehensive details on vendor locations, ensuring a seamless navigation to key vendors.

STAMP & WIN

Upon accumulating a designated number of "stamps" from visits to preferred vendors, attendees had the opportunity to submit their completed maps for entry into an exciting prize raffle.
